Bitcoin was founded in 2009 by an anonymous individual known only by the pseudonym Satoshi Nakamoto, whose identity is still unknown. Tesla CEO Elon Musk cited computer scientist Nick Szabo as the mysterious developer in a recent interview, suggesting that he may have been the brains behind the creation of the world’s first cryptocurrency. Elon Musk made the comment while being interview on Lex Fridman’s show. Elon Musk also said that many people believe he is the creator of Bitcoin, a claim he has previously disputed.
Musk added that Szabo “clearly” meets all the requirements that indicate he may be the anonymous founder of Bitcoin, while stressing that he was “obviously” unaware of Nakamoto’s true identity smartyojna.com.
Szabo advocated the construction of a digital money in 1998. At the time, the coin was dubbe “BitGold” by the scientist. “Seems to be the one more responsible for the concepts underpinning Bitcoin than anybody else,” Musk says of Szabo.

“Look at the progression of concepts before Bitcoin’s introduction and see who wrote about them,” Musk remarked.
Szabo’s proposal was never finish, yet it is widely regard as a forerunner of Bitcoin. The physicist has already denied rumours that he invented Bitcoin.
For years, conspiracy theories have swirled around Nakamoto’s secret आइडेंटिटी। PayPal co-founder Peter Thiel revealed earlier this month that he mistakenly met Satoshi Nakamoto in the year 2000.
According to Thiel, a group of roughly 200 people formed around 21 years ago to push a new currency system capable of challenging central banks’ monopoly. Nakamoto, according to the millionaire, might have been a member of that gang.
The first and only statue of Satoshi Nakamoto was unveil in Budapest in September 2021. While the bronze statue’s face features aren’t well-define, the person wears a sweatshirt.
In 2011, the enigmatic Bitcoin creator said his goodbyes to the crypto world and “went on to new things.”
The Bitcoin tokens in Nakamoto’s wallet, worth more than $66 billion (approximately Rs. 4,96,814 crore), have yet to be use.
